Welcome to Talented Hearts. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through TalentedHearts.com and use of this website. By placing an order or purchasing a product or service from Talented Hearts, you agree to the terms below.
Products and Services
Talented Hearts creates and sells children’s books, personalized and custom books, family games, and related products and entertainment.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and display our products. Colors, images, dimensions, packaging, and other details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Orders and Payments
Payment is required before an order enters production or is shipped unless other arrangements have been made directly with Talented Hearts.
For certain products or services, including personalized books, customers may submit information or a request before receiving an invoice or payment instructions.
Orders are subject to acceptance and payment authorization.
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed or quoted when an order is accepted will apply to that order unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Personalized and Custom Books
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, photographs, spelling, relationships, story information, and other materials submitted for personalized products.
By providing photographs, names, information, or other materials to Talented Hearts, you confirm that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide those materials for use in creating the requested product.
Information concerning a child should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to provide that information.
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for the customer, they cannot normally be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
If Talented Hearts makes an error in the finished product, or the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so that we can provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Talented Hearts may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Standard unused and undamaged products may be eligible for return, while personalized and custom products are generally not returnable once production has begun.
Games and Upcoming Products
Products identified as coming soon, in development, pre-production, or otherwise not yet available for immediate shipment are subject to changes in design, components, packaging, pricing, availability, and release dates before final production.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original books, stories, characters, illustrations, games, logos, videos, graphics, designs, photographs, written content, and other original materials presented by Talented Hearts are owned by or licensed to Talented Hearts and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Talented Hearts content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Customer-supplied photographs and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Submission of those materials gives Talented Hearts permission to use them as reasonably necessary to create, produce, and fulfill the personalized product requested by the customer.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use its content or services for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Talented Hearts will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Information submitted through TalentedHearts.com is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Changes to These Terms
